JEFFREY RUBIN | President, Project Director
Mr. Jeffrey Rubin is the founder and president of Internet Consulting Services (ICS), a full service network and e-commerce software development company established in 1995. ICS focuses its development efforts on Web based content management solutions and has a client list that includes the National Science Foundation, Lucent Technologies, Ericsson, Sony Music, and National Geographic. ICS has a permanent staff of approximately a dozen developers who possess a variety of expertise in database management, information security management, web-based user interface design, online survey design, graphics design, and e-commerce business transaction management.

In addition, to his role as president of ICS, Mr. Rubin is a "professor of practice" (a non-tenure track, renewable instructional appointment) at Syracuse University's School of Information Studies, where he teaches in the undergraduate and professional master's programs. In addition to his appointment at Syracuse University, Rubin also taught at Cornell University. Rubin's area of teaching and research specialization is in information architecture and log analysis. Rubin recently authored a chapter for a book entitled "Evaluating Networked Information Services."

When Jeff isn’t busy with ICS, teaching, or writing, he is a sports enthusiast who can be found at the Carrier Dome watching SU games, or spending time with his wife Jennifer.
