ABOUT US | How We Work
Regardless of the type of organization or the technical aspects of a project, we follow a five-step process when working with clients. We believe this process allows us to bring each client the optimal solution in the most efficient manner possible.
Phase 1: Planning
This phase consists of significant communication designed to determine your needs and inform you of our capabilities. Once we have gathered all relevant information concerning your current situation and needs, the project will move into the conception phase.
Phase 2: Conception
Once the planning phase is complete and we have established the direction you wish to take your website and what tools would be most useful for managing your new site, the conception phase will begin. This is the phase in which the concrete technical requirements will be laid out and the remainder of the project will begin to be planned out.
Phase 3: Development
Once we understand what you desire in your new website, our talented team of programmers and designers will go to work building you a site consistent with the goals established in the Planning and Conception Phases. Our design team will work with your marketing department to build several different layouts until we have designed one that satisfies you, while our programmers will be hard at work designing customized components for your website. This phase will end when we have designed a website that you approve of.

This page was used in the Development Phase of their project to confirm all of the headers that would be used on their new site.
Phase 4: Implementation
Once we have built components that meet your approval, we will work to bring the site to your audience. Our designers, programmers, and project managers will work together to bring the website live. During the Development and Implementation Phases, your project manager will keep in touch with you to show the progress our designers and programmers are making on your website.
Phase 5: Post-Implementation Support
After your website is implemented, you will receive daily reports as to traffic and behavioral patterns of your users. We use enterprise software to analyze traffic patterns and provide you with detailed buyer behavior information and overall user behavior trends. In addition, we are always happy to address any technical concerns you have about your new site. We always personally answer every question our clients have and are always available for technical support via phone and e-mail.
